Why should I be the #1 Fan? I truly value the legacy, culture, and excellence the university represents. As an educator, I believe in uplifting students and supporting institutions that inspire future leaders. I proudly represent Tuskegee University everywhere I go. I am also proud to have a daughter who graduated from Tuskegee, and I am a proud graduate of Albany State University.

Why should I support the Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home? The Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home operates as a trauma-informed residential treatment center for adolescent girls ages 7 to 18, offering vital counseling, education, and community support. As an educator, I witness firsthand how students come to school with many barriers that impact their learning and overall well-being. Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home plays a vital role in removing many of those barriers by providing students with a safe place to live, ensuring their basic needs are met, and offering the structure and security they need to thrive.

Many students who participate in the program leave with a strong foundation and go on to pursue college and successful futures. I believe that supporting this cause helps build stronger students, enhances their growth, and ultimately strengthens our communities across the great state of Georgia. Your donation toward this program will ensure that the needs of students in Georgia continue to be met, while expanding opportunities, hope, and long-term success for those they serve.

This is an all-school football kickoff party to benefit the Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home in Columbus. This event features tailgate fare, beer and wine, tailgate jams by DJ Cash Flow, mascots, cheerleaders, drumlines, a silent auction, and more! At the event, our #1 fan will be announced. The #1 fan represents their school and is the top fundraiser for the Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home. This high-energy event is located at the Cunningham Center on the campus of Columbus State University. Come and be a part of this fun event and show off your school colors!
