My name is Nikki Franklin, an Alabama native with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a minor in Management Information Systems. My professional journey has included a rewarding career as a corporate HR professional, where I gained experience across eCommerce, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, technology, and more.

Currently, my husband Larry and I are proud owners of EmberGlow GA, a local artisan collective in downtown LaGrange, GA, offering handmade, locally sourced, and fair trade retail gifts. We also own The Copper Carrot Bakery, with locations in West Point and LaGrange. These ventures reflect my passion for supporting makers and entrepreneurs while fostering community connections. Additionally, I am the founder and driving force behind the annual Spring Artisan Market in downtown LaGrange.

I am deeply committed to giving back to my community and actively serve on multiple boards to share my expertise and time. One initiative especially close to my heart is Behind the Mask, where I partner with Twin Cedars Youth and Family Services to raise funds for programs that make a meaningful impact in our community.

Outside of my professional and community efforts, I enjoy traveling, baking, sewing, hiking, photography, and reading. I reside in LaGrange, GA, with my husband, our three wonderful children, and our cherished granddaughter.
