There are a lot of realtors in Troup County, each one trying to find a unique way to stand out from the crowd. Kaley Hebert, who you probably know as the Purple-Haired Realtor, has certainly done that. Hebert's hair is purple as is just about anything related to her business, including the vehicles she drives around. After a few years in real estate and escalating quickly at many brokerages, she and her husband decided to open up Signature Property Group right in downtown LaGrange! She has multiple top-producing agents that work with her. Real Estate can be intimidating, but Hebert and her girls have figured out a way to have a genuine and purposeful conversation with their clients to lighten the experience. She is changing the face of real estate!
Hebert, 34, who grew up in Coweta County, relocated to LaGrange about 14 years ago and has made it her forever home. She went to school to be a Graphic Designer but quickly switched gears and became a licensed Cosmetologist. Real Estate just happened to fall in her lap and she ran with it! Aside from helping on average 140 clients a year, she is actively involved in the community. She is the Vice President of the Troup County Humane Society and she is active with the Troup County Board of Realtors. In her role with the Humane Society, she sponsors adoption fees, and donations, and holds an annual event she created called Leaps and Leashes that raises money for the shelter. They just completed their 3rd year in a row! She even helped get Santa Claus to one of the public adoption events! She helps ring the bell every Christmas while dressing up as the Grinch for the Salvation Army, she sponsors the Callaway Baseball Golf Tournament and Gardner Newman Green Power Racing every year, as well as tons of other community sports and sponsorships for the kids! In the past, she has held breakfast for the police department as well! She was awarded the Good Neighbor Award in Troup County for 2021! Hebert and her Husband of 14 years Jevon have two kids, Alaina who is 12, and Raylan who is 8! They have a farm full of animals in Hogansville. From horses, chickens, bunnies, ducks, dogs, cats, the list goes on and on!
"I love Troup County and the growth and change that is happening in our town! Every day is a new opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. It's a matter of how you are going to do it! I am excited and honored to have been nominated for this event and look forward to raising as much money as I can to further assist my community!"
